I hope you are doing well. I’m just giving an update to everyone who assisted us (with sworn Affidavits) in our “Show us the Virus” court case. I know you are in the loop, but I just wanted to personally thank you.
After much struggle to secure a legal team that could take up our case against the State we finally lodged our case with the Constitutional Court (the highest court in South Africa) on 27th Sept 2021.
We contacted a number of Advocates & Attorneys to represent us. Initially, most of them were keen but after we shared with them the crux of our court case and the Respondents, they declined; some just simply ignored our calls/emails.
Respondents:
1st the President Ramaphosa,
2nd the Speaker of Parliament (Parliament has a duty to represent the citizens by holding the President to account. In this case, they ought to have demanded proof of virus prior to the President locking down the entire country and causing such economic devastation
3rd – the South African Reserve Bank – for failing to independently verify the existence of the virus before indebting the country with IMF loans etc
We expected the Con Court to make a decision within 10 days on whether they will grant us Direct Access and or Exclusive Jurisdiction. They did not. In Nov/Dec 2021 we approached the Western Cape High Court (a lower court than the Concourt) to apply for an Urgent Interim Interdict, i.e to stop the State from coercing the citizens to vaccinate & complying with onerous Covid regulations until our case at the Concourt has been finalised.
In Jan 2022, the President appointed 4 Judges to preside over our case at the Concourt where he is the 1st Respondent! They kicked out/dismissed our case without a hearing just a week before the hearing of our Urgent Interim Interdict.
We filed a Rescission application with the Concourt citing conflict of interest and bias on the part of the 4 judges appointed by the President to his own court case.

To rub salt into the wound, the Western Cape High Court dismissed our Urgent Interim Interdict case with costs (i.e. we must pay legal costs for the counsel that represented the President & the Minister that overseas the Covid Disaster Management). The reason for dismissal – that our case was dismissed at Concourt as well. We are appealing this decision.
So, in the nutshell, the President declared a Pandemic without proof of the virus, the Judiciary protected him instead of seeing that justice is done for the South African people !
