Clarification letter from safe-water hero, Peel Councillor John Sprovieri
Posted September 7th, 2017:
While self-serving mainstream media outlets ignore, downplay, and falsely claim to “debunk”, many very serious harms currently foisted upon humanity, several, including the Brampton Guardian, chose to stir up discontent this past summer over an email.
This occurred shortly after the Brampton Guardian had been exposed for publishing inaccurate fluoride news and failing to publish a correction once their ‘errors’ had been pointed out, see here, here and here.
The email in question was from Councillor John Sprovieri – Peel Region’s sole Councillor (or Staff member) working for safe, legal, ethical (unfluoridated) drinking water. It was sent in reply to an inflammatory email, and it proposed no harm to anyone and no infringment upon anyone’s rights or freedoms. It merely expressed some personal thoughts.
Councillor John Sprovieri has been the end-water-fluoridation movement’s steadfast supporter for years here in Peel Region, and has written and spoken publicly on the topic many times.
For example, earlier this year John traveled to Sarnia to
warn Sarnia residents and Council that “we were duped” into accepting water fluoridation in the first place (video @ 4:11:30: http://csg001-harm01.canadacentral.cloudapp.azure.com/00291/Harmony/en/PowerBrowser/PowerBrowserV2/20170509/-1/3028).

In 2014, John took part in an International Fluoride Free Teleconference (https://www.youtube.com
We here at FFP recall how, in 2013, John cancelled his weekend plans to publicly ask “where are the studies to prove fluoridation is safe and effective?”, after we invited him to speak at an end-fluoridation rally in front of the Region of Peel headquarters.
And then, from John in 2015:
“Water fluoridation was the main issue that motivated me to run again,” said Sprovieri. “I was ready to retire but this issue of fluoridation has not been resolved.”

John is clearly someone who values all human life, all contributions, and who works valiantly so that all fluoridated residents in all communities might one day (soon!) have unfluoridated drinking water.
The following letter was released by Councillor Sprovieri on August 9th, 2017 in response to the recent email-uproar encouraged by our complicit mainstream media:
