Below is an email I sent to the Mayors and Councillors of Toronto, Peel Region, Brampton, Kingston, Peterborough and Calgary on 
Oct 27, 2020, along with responses from Councillor Wayne Hill of Kingston, follow ups from myself and a resulting news article published by the Whig-Standard.
Dear Mayors and Councillors, etc.
Would a sane person mix a patient sample (containing various sources of genetic material and never proven to contain the alleged “COVID-19 virus” aka “SARS-COV-2”) with transfected monkey kidney cells, fetal bovine serum, antibiotics, antifungals, etc., then blame “the virus” that was never looked for or found in the patient sample for any harm to the monkey cells, then claim that the resulting concoction is “SARS-COV-2 viral isolate” and ship it off internationally for use in critical research (including vaccine and test development)?
Because that’s the fraudulent monkey business that’s being passed of as “virus isolation” by research teams around the world, including right here in Ontario.

A colleague in New Zealand and I have been submitting Freedom of Information requests to various institutions around the world seeking records that describe the isolation of a SARS-COV-2 virus from any unadulterated sample taken from a diseased patient.
Our requests have not been limited to records of isolation performed by the respective institution, or limited to records authored by the respective institution, rather they were open to any records describing “COVID-19 virus” isolation performed by anyone, ever, anywhere on the planet. In the 25 FOI replies collected thus far from institutions in Canada, England, UK, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand (9 of them from Canadian institutions including Health Canada and the Vaccine and Infectious Disease Organization-International Vaccine Centre), none provided any record describing the isolation of a SARS-COV-2 virus from a patient sample that was not already adulterated with other genetic material (typically monkey kidney cells and fetal bovine serum) by anyone, anywhere on the planet, ever – despite the fact that isolation is the 1st necessary step in showing scientifically that a new virus is circulating in humans and causing a death and disease.

Bill 218 prevents the public from suing our government institutions for their liability during COVID, undermines ministerial responsibility, and subverts common law. “@WayneHill_YGK isn’t going to be swayed by such silly trifles as facts, evidence or the law. It’s about “sides.” These people need to be ripped out of their too-comfortable offices, tarred and feathered to serve as examples of what happens to those who flirt with tyranny.”
“What an idiotic reply. It’s no wonder with people like him that Kingston is seriously considering fluoridating (poisoning) its citizens on the recommendation of their MOH.”

Councillor Hill,
It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to realize that investigation is needed to determine whether a new virus is causing disease. Public health figures don’t simply “know” these things. There are well -established, logic-based steps (known as Koch’s Postulates) that have been taught in universities for decades as the accepted means of determining the existence of a new contagious pathogen. They were modified slightly years ago for use with a suspected virus.
Step 1 is isolation/purification – separate the thing from the host and everything else; then do experiments with it to see if it can replicate in healthy host cells, cause the disease question, etc. Instead, in practice, virologists have been doing the exact opposite – adulterating a patient sample with genetic material and toxic drugs and irrationally blaming observed effects to a cell line on “the virus” that no one even tried to find in the patient sample. They perform completely meaningless PCR tests that are utterly incapable of determining the presence of an intact virus (let alone disease caused by a virus), they make meaningless comparisons with fabricated (not discovered) “SARS-COV-2 genomes” and call that “isolation”.
That is not science, it’s wild speculation/fantasy and it’s blatantly fraudulent.
I’ve provided you hard evidence of fraud in the form of official documentation from around the world. Instead of doing your due diligence like a grown responsible man, you respond with childish insults. That’s pathetic.
It is utterly terrifying to know that grown adults, including elected representatives, put blind, irrational faith in cherry-picked, unaccountable “authority” figures and make that “authority” their truth, rather than truth their authority. Especially for those of us who know that Ontario’s Medical Officers of Health are glorified script readers paid outrageous salaries to mislead the public, and have no accountability to the public in part because the College of Physicians and Surgeons refuses to even investigate them no matter how well documented their blatant lies, even when >100 people sign onto a detailed complaint, because according to CPSO the activities of a Medical Officer do not even relate to the practice of medicine.
KFL&A PH’s Medical Officer, Dr. Moore is especially well paid and amazingly finds time to run a “non-profit’ called KFL&A PH INFORMATICS on the side that uses the KFL&A PH logo and mailing address and receives $$ from taxpayer-funded agencies… including KFL&A PH. I’d be interested to know how long you and your colleagues on Kingston Council have known about this, and whether Dr. Moore is remunerated via KFL&A PH INFORMATICS on top of his $325,000 salary as Medical Officer for KFL&A PH.

I then followed up with an official complaint to the City of Kingston:
Dear Clerk,
I am writing to request that the emails below be added to the agenda for Council’s meeting of November 3, 2020, along with this present email, as official correspondence and complaint regarding the behaviour Councillor Wayne Hill.
Firstly I would like to note that Councillor Hill’s email of Wed, Oct 28, 2020 7:45 PM, with it’s sudden change of tone, was sent after I had posted his initial, incredibly flippant, vacuous and inappropriate email of Wed, Oct 28, 2020 4:07 PM on social media and he had received harsh feedback from members of the public who were disgusted by his attitude. Councillor’s Hill’s responses to my very serious emails demonstrated a disturbing unwillingness to even consider information that does not fit with the official “COVID-19” narrative, even though thousands upon thousands of experts around the world are in vehement opposition to and are issuing grave warnings re governmental responses to the alleged pandemic. Such narrow-mindedness and flippant disregard for hard facts are at odds with Council’s Code of Conduct and indicate the opposite of acting on the public behalf in a conscientious and diligent manner.
Councillor Hill also misused the influence of his office to distribute his political views and encourage the taking of “sides”, when he should be acting in a non-partisan manner, seeking to advance the public interest with honesty and integrity, and seeking solutions for the City of Kingston. Instead he chose to “blow off” serious evidence of fraud in the form of >20 official Freedom of Information responses from Canada and around the world.

Here is the Kingston Whig Standard news article that resulted, with only a vague hint at 25 Freedom of Information responses, no mention of the fraudulent “isolation” methods or Dr. Moore’s outrageous salary or Dr. Moore’s taxpayer-funded “non-profit” that he runs on the side that receives government $$$ to track the so-called “pandemic”. And no investigation into whether or not Dr. Moore receives an additional salary via KFL&A PH INFORMATICS.
