BACKGROUND
On Thursday June 26th lawyer Nader Hasan, retained by Liesa Cianchino and the Concerned Residents of Peel, presented his opinion regarding the illegality of water fluoridation in Canada.

Nader’s written brief was longer and included a sworn affidavit from the highly credentialed fluoride toxicity expert Dr. Kathleen Thiessen. Dr. Thiessen explained that water fluoridation is neither safe nor effective.

Council chose to ignore the spectre of legal reproach. Now that we have a new council, the issue will be reopened early 2015.
I came across your name by luck via a website or two. Last year I figured out I was highly allergic to fluoride. I guess the long story short is, when I was 22, my symptoms started to increase drastically where I was losing motor function, loss of speech, intelligence among a slew of other problems (vision, headaches, stomach problems). Doctors told me I was allergic to gluten, but symptoms persisted. I had tried everything.. and the millionth thing worked, fluoride. As I cannot cut my exposure 100 percent, I feel generally 80-90 percent, as opposed to 15 to 35 percent.
I am at a continuous frustration with the Federal government, municipalities and provinces who continue to pass the buck back to one another. No one wants to take responsibility.
